The Coral Gate .-->

The one day events will be on January 21st and February 18th! 

They will be located at Cochran Mill Park ; 6875 Cochran Mill Road, Palmetto, Georgia 30268 

The basics for each of the one day events will be a five hour town module beginning at 11:00 am and wrapping up by 4:oo pm. Due to limited facilities serious makeup is not required (elves and half elves please wear ears, everyone else can use makeup as far as they are comfortable with). Costuming is definitely a requirement

We are also going to need some monster volunteers.  Please sign up on this forum thread.

The cost for each one day will be $20. Paying attendees at each one day will receive a 5CP blanket (1/2 level) and a set amount of loot. There will also be random loot throughout!

Legal stuff: our legal department requires us to get releases signed each year. Yes that means we will need releases from everyone for the 2012 gaming year. We will have them onsite for your convenience.  If you are under the age of 18 please have a guardian or parent ready to sign.  We will also have the releases available for download for your convenience shortly.

With the beginning of year three coming up on us fast we are happy to tell everyone about a few changes behind the scenes.

Richard Smith has become a co-owner of  The Coral Gate.  Rand and Tom are going to scale back their roles so they can spend more time with their families and living in the “real world”.  Don’t worry they aren’t going away forever they will still be a big part of the game!  It’s taken a lot of work to get this game up and running and we appreciate all the work that Rand, Tom, and all of the staff has put into creating The Coral Gate World.

With the coming changes in staff we would like to say that the game will continue on down the path with the foundation that has been laid over the past two years.

Just keep up with this site and the forums as we begin to plan the 1st of the 1-day events coming up in January.

Well, we have gone from a dream, to an idea, to reality. In fact, the reality has been going on for two years now. Here we come year three of TCG! The 2012 schedule is up, along with the prereg and season pass payment site (hint, hint: send us your money!)

Get ready for the last event of 2011 which is at the Indian Springs group camp in Jackson, Georgia, November 18th – 20th. I think we have a pretty big in game surprise coming for you, so pack your swords (or spells), get ready to rumble, and read the boards!

On a logistical note, due to real life issues we are passing the duties around again. One day we will get this locked down. Rand will be handling things again, but as its the week before the event, just update onsite, this time only.

We have a great assembly of new and experienced (notice I didn’t say old) people and groups. If you aren’t a part of it, come join us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to all of our Actors, old and new. It makes us feel pretty good when y’all are sharing in our dream! You are the Coral Gate, you are shaping the world, you are a part of things, and we owe our success to you!
