We have to legal documents that you will need to sign, have witnessed, and bring them to an event before you can play. If you are under age, your parents will need to sign for you. The first is an Assumption of Risk and Insurance Certification, the second is the actual Release Waiver of Liability and Covenant not to Sue. Both of these documents must be submitted to us at the first event of each calendar year.

Go ahead and download them, print them, and sign them so you are ready to bring them to the event. However, if you forget, we will have the forms onsite for you.
