Remember one thing, these rules are only a list of things that you can do. If you are ever confused or in doubt, contact a Producer, Director, or ask on the forums for a clarificiation.

You are granted one personal license of The Coral Gate Campaign Actor’s Handbook as detailed below.

The Coral Gate, L.L.C. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited single license to use The Coral Gate Campaign Actor’s Handbook (hereinafter, “the Handbook”) solely for personal, non-commercial use.  The Handbook shall not be used for commercial or production purposes and may only be used by an individual participating in The Coral Gate.  A Personal Use license expressly prohibits: (a) any direct or indirect monetary benefit from the use of the Handbook, (b) the use of the Handbook within the context of a home-based or part-time business, and (c) the use of the Handbook for any commercial, business, governmental, or institutional purpose (including educational and not-for-profit) of any kind.  You may not distribute or sublicense the Handbook in any way. 

The Coral Gate, L.L.C. reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you shall not nor shall you permit any other party to: (i) distribute the Handbook to other businesses, not for profit groups, or clubs, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation, or (ii) modify or create derivative works based upon the Handbook, or (iii) externally distribute, sublicense, resell, encumber, or otherwise transfer the Handbook, or (iv)  allow a third party to copy, access, or use the Handbook.

You acknowledge that all title and intellectual property in and to the Handbook (including all copies thereof) are owned by The Coral Gate, L.L.C., or its licensee(s), or licensor(s), if any.  The Handbook is protected by U.S. and international laws, including without limitation copyright and trademark law and international treaty provisions.  The Handbook is licensed to you, not sold.
